From almost the moment Occasional Cuisine moved into the old dairy farm at Binton, Penny started designing and creating the herb garden.
The garden was designed to provide the kitchen with regularly used herbs as well as some that Penny likes to use in her cooking, that are not always readily available. These include: Lovage, Chervil, Lemon Balm, Hyssop and Summer Savory.
Over the years the garden has matured and its raised beds are packed with all sorts of herbs, fruit and edible flowers which means it is a valuable source of fresh produce all year round.
